A luxurious pop up dinner is coming to Calgary and we guarantee this will be an experience you will never forget. Guest will enjoy an elegant four-course dinner under the night sky in a weather proofed dome in the heart of Fish Creek Provincial Park. This will be Canada’s largest outdoor Dining under the Stars dinner event and we are very excited for it! This is the perfect event to attend with your other half, a group of friends, and even your family!
There will be two Dine Under the Stars dinner event in Calgary 2019 and they are both taking place in the beautiful Fish Creek Provincial Park. Dine under the Stars in the Spring for the Soirée in the Valley from May 1 to 31, 2019, and in the Fall, the Récolte: Local Harvest Dinner Pop Up from September 27 to October 27, 2019. Each dome seats four to six guests comfortably with an elegant four-course meal expertly crafted by Chef Daryl Kerr alongside Chef Jenny Kang of Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant. Chef Daryl Kerr of Great Events Catering received the coveted Chef of the Year award by the Calgary Academy of Chefs and Cooks in 2017. Chef Jenny Kang, the Executive Chef at Bow Valley Ranche Restauarant, has a passion for cooking with fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. She won the 8th annual Pig & Pinot Festival presented by City Palate, in support of Calgary Meals on Wheels, with her Pork Meatball Arancini recipe. We are very excited to see what the two talented chefs will be creating for this event!

Tickets can only be purchased at https://www.dinner4four.ca with a credit card. Pre-sale tickets for Spring's Soirée in the Valley are available now until January 20th 2019 for subscribers. Public Sale tickets will be available 11:00am MST on February 17th, 2019. Pre-sale for Fall's Récolte: Local Harvest Dinner Pop Up is to be announced.
STEP ONE {MAKE YOUR DOME RESERVATION} There is a $55 fee ($110 w/o discount code) to reserve a Garden Dome. Guest will be able to choose one of 3 available seatings: 5pm, 7pm or 9pm. You will receive an email with a link to purchase dinner tickets once your Garden Dome is has been reserved.
STEP TWO {DINNER PURCHASE} Dinner tickets are $92 + gratuity per guest. Below are the three meal options each guest can choose from: 1. Plat de Viandes (Meat, Gluten Free) 2. Fruits de mar Inspire (Seafood) 3. Végétalien Sain (Vegan)
Important Notes:
- The menu being served is a blind menu. None of the details of the dishes being served are revealed until your reservation. - Dinner tickets must be purchased within 24 hours, or your reservation slot will re-open to the public and your credit card will automatically be refunded. If more time is needed to purchase Dinner Tickets, guests may email calgary@dinner4four.ca to request for an extension.
- The venue offers a fully stocked menu from liquor to bottles of wine, champagne & anything in between, but drinks are NOT included in the cost.
