Pure is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Calgary! At Pure, you will find a large variety of small and large plates. Sate Surf and Turf Fresh Rolls {beef - shrimp - vermicelli - crispy onions - nuoc cham dip}

A twist on the traditional salad rolls you usually get at Vietnamese restaurants.

Char Siu Pork Sesame Donut {sous vide - cucumbers - pickled carrot - cilantro - sriracha aioli}

This is one of my favorite appetizers from Pure, I order this everytime I'm there! The char siu pork and veggies are stuffed inside a crispy sesame donut. It was paired so well with the sriracha aioli.

Banh Xeo Taco {pork belly - shrimp - coconut mung bean puree - herb salad - chili lime nuoc cham dip}

Who wouldn't like pork belly tacos?

Wok Tossed BBQ Duck Spring Rolls {waterchestnut - scallions - duck jus reduction - green apple herb salad - umeboshi sauce}

Crispy spring rolls stuffed with tasty duck meat.

Char Siu Pork Wontons {green apple herb salad - ginger scallion sauce}

This is another favorite appetizer of mine. The crispy wontons are fully stuffed with delicious char siu pork. I also LOVE the green apple herb salad that comes with most of their dishes.

Hoisin BBQ Pork Ribs {steam buns - sechuan pickled papaya}

DIY! Stuff the buns with BBQ pork ribs.

Crispy Confit Duck Leg {ginger duck jus - grapes salad - cherry tomato - croutons - green apple - radish}

Loved the crispy duck, and I loved the salad that came with this. It was so refreshing!

5 Spice Sate Marinated Striploin {chili lemongrass sauce - house salad - cherry tomatoes}

So much flavor!

Braised Pork Cheek {scallions - pineapple - garlic chips - sate oil}

This dish goes very well with rice, I got it with coconut rice!

Tamarind Glazed Cod {pomelo herb salad - coconut milk sauce - chive oil}

The cod was made so well, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. I also used the rest of the coconut milk sauce for my rice!

Crispy Pork Belly {masterstock jus - green apple mango salad - garlic chips - sate oil}

Crispy and delicious!

Crispy Pork Belly Steam Bao {crispy pork belly - compressed green apple - szechuan pickled papaya - scallions - peanuts - pineapple nuoc cham}
