OCTAVE SHOW HOME SHOW DOWN IN LIVINGSTON

Octave Presentation Centre

We were at the Octave in Livingston for the Octave Show Home Show Down last weekend on September 15! We had the chance to vote on the 4 Brookfield Residential's show homes. The homes we saw ranged from ~750 to 1200 sqft. The floor plans are flexible and designable to suit anyone's needs. We find these homes to be perfect for young families or with a couple roommates. For this event, each home had a chef cooking their dish for us to vote on. The food served were the buttermilk fried chicken on waffles, tellegio stuffed arancini, wagu beef slider, and korean chicken cones. These dishes were freshly made from the open kitchen of each show home!

Now let us show you these beautiful homes and food!

At the end of this event, we had to vote for our favorite home and favorite food dish. You can probably guess which one we chose after reading our blog, right? If you're thinking the Plum and Korean Chicken Cones, then you're correct! We loved how open the floor plan was at the Plum. As a foodie, the kitchen is always the first thing we look at. We were impressed with how much space this kitchen had, it was our ideal kitchen for cooking! And the reason we chose the Korean Chicken Cones was because there were so much flavor going on with this dish. It had rice, kimchi, gochujang chicken, then drizzled with bulgogi mayo. They worked perfectly together!

Choosing a home can be tough, the best way to experience the quality and difference in each home is to visit the showhomes yourself! We absolutely love the smart floor plans and stylish designs these homes offered. Be sure to check out Octave in Livingston for Brookfield Residential's homes!

We hope you enjoyed this blog and found it helpful to find a new home for you and your family :) xo, Dee
