Octave Presentation Centre We were at the Octave in Livingston for the Octave Show Home Show Down last weekend on September 15! We had the chance to vote on the 4 Brookfield Residential's show homes. The homes we saw ranged from ~750 to 1200 sqft. The floor plans are flexible and designable to suit anyone's needs. We find these homes to be perfect for young families or with a couple roommates.
